Sri about the WX and PA failure. If possible try 30 meters which worked very well for me while on VY0 and KL7 expeditions. Keep checking the band because openings are 1 to 2 hours long and signals were weaker than 20 and 40 meters. There is still a lot of EU and USA looking for you.
